Although the TASSEL Outreach Project has ended, the school systems involved in the project are still providing quality transition services. On this website, you will find the final evaluation data from the TASSEL Outreach Project as well as information on the TASSEL transition model. The TASSEL Outreach Project was designed to provide training, technical assistance, product development, and dissemination to school systems seeking to assist youth with disabilities in the transition from school to adulthood. The TASSEL Outreach Project was funded by Special Education Programs, US DOE, OSERS, Grant #H158Q50031 from 10/1/95 to 9/30/98. The principal investigators for the project were Dr. David W. Test and Dr. Wendy M. Wood of the College of Education at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte
